Nordic Aqua Partners A/S is fast approaching project start-up at their subsidiary in Ningbo, and is therefore pleased to announce the following additions to its management team;

Johan Toftegaard will be RAS and fish production expert.

Johan Toftegaard (born 1967) has more than 20 years of experience in producing salmon in RAS systems. He comes from the position as Freshwater Manager in MOWI Faroe Islands.

He is a mechanical engineer and has been responsible for the construction of several landbased systems in MOWI and as a consultant in other companies.

Johan will assure that his extensive experience and knowhow are considered during design and construction of the RAS system and be responsible for setting up and implementing RAS operational procedures and practices.

Mr. Toftegaard took up his position as RAS and fish production expert on January 1st, 2021

Yong Tan has been appointed Construction Quality Manager.

Yong Tan (born 1982) is a Chinese Citizen and comes from the position as Package Manager with SBM Offshore China. Before that he held the position as QA/QC manager at TTS Marine (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Mr. Tan has 20 years’ experience in quality management and project management in various multinational companies. Mr. Tan is responsible for QA/QC and EHS on site during construction.

Mr. Tan is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and holds a College Diploma in Marine Engineering from Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College and a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai University. Mr. Tan took up his position as Construction Quality Manager on February 1st, 2021.
